Good picker but bad customer service

I saw them on Facebook. They said 40% off would be automatically applied at checkout. That didn't happen. I reached out to them twice to correct price. No reply. It was delivered. The picker is nice, but customer service non-existent. If you are happy with paying full price, go for it. Otherwise buyer beware.

Fell apart

Used it the day it came and within an hour one of the loops that hole the chute to the pole came off. I have contacted the customer service about it and they said they would forward it to the warranty dept. I am still waiting to hear from them. It worked well except for that.

No Pole.

No Pole, but a typical Painters threaded pole works fine. Works fine on our apples

Success depends on fruit. If fruit is close together on branch multiples are difficult to get in catch tube. For single fruits the cloth tube does avoid bruising.
